I agree^^ they should play the game much sooner. I definitely think the big gap played a role in the defeat

Great article! Notre dame put on a great show for all the fans this season and we are still proud of them! They worked really hard. Can’t wait till next season!

A really special season and a blast to watch. ND will win the national championship again and soon. I never thought I would say that again after what we’ve been through with Davie, Willingham and Weis. I’m just really sad for the seniors and those moving on. They deserved this and they came so close. I think had this game been played a week after USC, ND comes much closer and perhaps wins. But giving Saban this long is really tough. Just ask LSU. I don’t think they crossed the fifty last year after beating Bama in the regular season. Thanks for the memories, Irish football! This was a really fun four months. I look forward to seeing where we go from here.

I was in Dublin for the first one and I was at the Pit Game and I was with them in spirit for the Championship. I am so proud of the Irish and I cant wait for next season. 12 and 1 is awesome!
